The Subways
There is little that tops a sweating and shouting British band on stage completely destroying a festival audience.
So that’s why we called festival favorite The Subways: they do like to liven up a sunny party scene at De Groene Ster. The Subways is one of the most thrilling live acts around, playing a banging set wherever they go. Get set for crowd surfing, moshing and stage diving. Oh wait, we forgot to mention the music. Here goes: super sweet jump pop interspersed with dirty-fresh punk rock. According to NME the bans is “the sexiest thing to sweep rock ‘n’ roll off its feet in years”.
