Ares

One of the greatest talents in Dutch-language hip hop at the moment! Ares (Rens Ottema, 1995) is someone who never sits still. The rapper, producer and singer from Oosterhout were in the spotlight early on; at the age of 18 he released his debut album Road Trip, as well as countless EPs and mixtapes. Ares is generally not very keen to be the center of attention, but when he plays his mix of styles during his shows, both the artist and his audience go 100% for it. They are pure, sincere lyrics that are thrown into the microphone full of emotion. Expect a wild chaos in front of the stage on WTTV20, with perhaps the most introverted rapper of the Netherlands on stage.
